Organizational Leadership

Overview: Coach to staff on a range of employee issues including: organizational culture, employee development, performance reviews, compensation and total rewards, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

Projects Directed: Trainings (pitch, business development, and proposals), leadership of culture focused programs (MGAC University, corporate citizenship, 20th anniversary, annual meetings) HR policies, and brand strategy direction.
